These Terms & Conditions explain how buyers, vendors, and visitors may access and use Waaiso.in, a sustainability-focused business discovery and marketplace platform operated by Gluetron eBusiness Private Limited.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing Waaiso, creating an account, submitting requirements, responding to enquiries, purchasing a subscription, or using any platform feature, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
Platform role
Waaiso provides a digital marketplace where buyers can discover vendors, share requirements, request quotes, review responses, and connect with businesses offering sustainable products or services. Waaiso is not a party to any final commercial agreement between buyers and vendors unless expressly stated in writing.
User accounts
- Users must provide accurate registration, business, contact, billing, and verification information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and account activity.
- Waaiso may review, approve, reject, suspend, or restrict accounts where information is incomplete, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform standards.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for submitting clear requirements, reviewing vendor information, validating product or service suitability, confirming commercial terms, and making purchase decisions based on their own assessment.
Vendor responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate business profiles, product or service details, pricing, quote responses, delivery commitments, compliance documents, and any claims made about sustainability, quality, certifications, or availability.
Subscriptions, fees, and payments
Some Waaiso features may require paid subscriptions, verification fees, quote-related payments, or other platform charges. Users agree to pay applicable charges shown at the time of purchase. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers and may be subject to their own terms.
Prohibited use
- Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent information.
- Do not misuse buyer requirements, vendor details, pricing, contact information, or platform communications.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, scrape data, or disrupt platform operation.
- Do not use Waaiso to promote goods or services that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Content and intellectual property
Users retain responsibility for content they submit, including business descriptions, product information, images, documents, quotes, and messages. By submitting content, users allow Waaiso to display, process, and use that content for platform operation, promotion, verification, support, and service improvement.
Limitation of liability
Waaiso aims to support trusted discovery and communication, but does not guarantee the quality, legality, availability, performance, delivery, suitability, or outcome of any product, service, vendor, buyer, quote, transaction, or external business relationship formed through the platform.
Changes to terms
Waaiso may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
